You asked Baires, but here's my thougt:
For tyhee share price to take a substantial hit after PFS would be quite a surprise.
I think it would happen if there was a revelation that the engineers, chemists and other experts found some surprises. For example, if the chemistry of the ore was different than what we investors understand from what the company published so far, or if there were huge increases in the price of oil, or massive shortage of labour so that all of the baseline costs go up a lot. Or if there were changes in the local laws making Yellowknife less mine friendly.
But let's be realistic. The chemistry of the ore, the basic costs inputs, and the nature of the planned mining operation are well understood by the board. There may well be some surprises to the upside, however. The money saved by electrical power, the very good supply of qualified personnel vs a few years ago, and the higher price of gold, the higher ore grade than in the EA, the increase in resource - all mean that the various cases broken out in the Pre Feas will reveal that tyhee is worth a lot more than it has been valued.
I am confident that share price apprecaition should be there.
Then again, it could happen in anticipation of the pre feas, in which case maybe it will cool off once the pre feas is announced. But that would be from much higher levels than it is now...
