Of course, if management is not meeting with investors with whom confidentiality agreements are signed means: that management can meet with any investor with whom they have a signed confidentiality agreement and restrictions therefore on the investors' ability to trade until that information becomes public, without Tyhee having to disclose either the nature of the conversation or the confidential information disclosed
"nor issuing other public statements" means that if managment issues a public statement, then they would be well-advised to disclose at that time any and all new material previously non-public information
