1) Today's announcement of shooting blanks comes with the territory. There will always be irregularities in the anticipated resource/reserve base. Better it be defined/mapped out now rather than while mining.

2) PFS is way more important. Gotta get financing fodder.

3) I like the idea of planning to get started with open pit extraction and let that pay-as-you-go for the more expensive deep extraction. This would lower initial funding requirements and get us started sooner. And make it more obvious to the bankers we have a conservative plan.
