Tyhee NWT Corp’s Yellowknife Gold Project

We have noticed that in the MVEIRB’s December 2009 monthly news letter it states:

“A proposed open pit gold mine, this project is located 88 kilometres north of

Yellowknife, near the former Discovery mine sit The Review Board is waiting for

Tyhee’s Developer’s Assessment Report, expected January 2010.”

Tyhee NWT Corp would like to update the MVEIRB that we expect to submit the Developers

Assessment Report (DAR) in the second quarter of 2010. The actual submission date will be

conveyed to the MVEIRB once the Pre-Feasibility Study, currently underway, is completed and

that the findings of the Pre-Feasibility Study can be incorporated into the DAR in a timely

manner.
