I personally have experienced more frustration with the Vancouver or Venture exchange than I have with the "pink sheets."

When one is between the "bid and ask" on the pink sheets, one might get filled but anytime I offer to pay [higher than the ask] or offer to sell [lower than the bid] I immediately get filled, not from another investor, but from the market makers held shares. The price of that fill is usually not exactly my bid or offer (I am limited to even penny bids) but very close to the bid or ask offered by the market maker.

On the Venture or Vancouver (TDC.V) I have often had orders ignored for a day or more when I offered to pay more than the ask . I have written the exchange twice about this problem. I know others have had the problem as well.

The U.S. markets are not without their problems, be that pink sheets or AMEX, but when your order comes up (you may not be first in line at that price) and the price is right it will transact.

P.
