Guys (and gals), what do you think will happen to Tyhee if there is another major sellof underway?

I personally think that the stimulus spending that the US and ROTW have applied to fend off the recession was destined to fail, as it does not solve the underlying proglem. Much as Peter Schiff said on his BNN interview today.

So if we have not see the worse yet, and are headed into a slide that takes the DOW back down to 7000 or so, and we add the political turmoil of a republican rout of democrats in this years elections, we'll have a weakened US president at the helm of a clearly failed few years of massive spending, a great loss of confidence in the Treasury and Fed's ability to solve the problem by throwing money at Wall Street, and great insecurity due to soverign risk/ out of control deficits and debt.

So do we have a perfect storm looming on the horizon for gold?

Do we have conditions where Tyhee will be coming into production at the far side of a deeper double-dip recession, where energy and labour costs will be low, the price of gold will be very high, and the economy of Canada will be so weak that Tyhee's small contribution to labour market will be eagerly welcomed by regualtaorrs and politicians in NWT?

On the other hand, will we see Tyhees share price back from where they should be headed, as they are restrained by the risk aversion due to the incipient crisis? Are the rise in POG and Majors telling the market that if you are not in production, then you'll have trouble finding money to finance your mine construction?

My own view is that we'll suffer along with other juniors until the combination of PFS and DAR submission put Tyhee into another category, Developing Mine, and valued better. I do believe Tyhee will have matured enough even in the face of the next crisis, to be able to get financing to build the mine and get into production.

But I'm concnered that increased volatility and fear in the market now will hurt some of the Tyhee investors who have long held their positions.

The worm is turning in the marketplace, and more and more are talking about a double-dip.

It'll hurt us all, but I think Tyhee will make it through to production.

Any Thoughts?
