You are quite right about Webb saying there'd be no need for a Feasibility Study (FS) as the Banks told him so.

The story is different now. As of last month, the plan for a FS was stated at the AGM.

Things are changing. Let's hope the one year schedule, one million dollar cost to deliver it don't change ( upward).
