There is a vacancy in the board of directors. It shoudl be filled soon, I would expect.

Who replaces roger is important. If there was nobody in mind before he retired, I would be surprised.

If there was someone, we should know very soon. Then we'll see from their pedigree if they are a show dog or a mut. Given the very high calibre of the Tyhee board, I would expect they have already planned for this and the new board member will be a big positive, with new energy for Tyhee.
