(PRESS PROFILE TAB FOR FACT SHEET & UPDATES)
As the price of gold sets a new all time record, passing $1,250, people are working to complete the Pre Feasabilty study of a developing gold mine. Production is on the horizon, and when gold hits $1,300 or more and the PFS is released, analysts and investors will kick themselves for not gobbling up shares in Tyhee when it was sub 30 cents.
Over the next year, by June of 2011, a number of things could transpire.
1. PFS establishes reserves of over 700,000 ounces, economical at a price of gold over $700. Outstanding IRR with a price of gold at $900. Stupendous at $1,220. Supercalifralistic at $1,300. PFS includes some comments on an incremental approach to production, perhaps, which could open the door to a lower cost entry to production?
2. DAR comes out and mostly satisfies regulators. Just to prove they are doing their work, they throw back a few nuisance items like for Tyhee to demonstrate that another location for the airstrip would not be good, or that left handed owls can still land on branches of nearby trees while the open pit is in production. Tyhee enthusiastically complies with the need to put a little more study into these nuisances, but is also given the green light to move towards production. Premiers office begins to ask MVEIRB and other EA regulatory inputs about when he can sign the permits and get some economic benefit for NWT, with jobs coming thanks to his leadership.
3. Share price blows through $1.00. Market cap over $100 million makes financing and equity raising much easier.
4. Analysists horde and then recomment Tyhee, now trading at $1.80 and rising on the expectation of financing or permit issuance.
5. Drilling accelerates, thanks to some equity raised at well over $1.50. Drill results start to come in expanding Tyhee's constellation of discoveries which will ultimately provide feed ore to the mine.
6. Tyhee opens an office in YK in late 2011, and begins to source all the equipment and manpower they will need for the mine.
Beyond 2011:
7. Lucky seven. Skeleg gets his long awaited windfall, but alas, has to pay $2.35 for the additional shares. He is angry that it took so long, but happy that his earlier shares are so far in the black.
8. Baires, Skeleg and many others from the forum end up meeting each other in person at some investor / public awareness event put on by Tyhee in YK.
9. Tyhee acquires a small junior in Red Lake region, expanding from a single-region explration and development company to a mid-tier producer with projects in two reagions of the politially stable, low risk gold producing nation of Canada. Tyhee's gold is quickly gobbled up by Central Banks and investment funds the world over, as the US dollar hits another all time low and Ben Bernanke is voted man of the year, but retires due to the stress he is under. Unable to print their way out of recession, the US has printed it's way into hyperinflation.
Gold is the only currency of any true value.
