The Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) should be completed by next week, but when do we get to see it?
By now Tyhee should have been given a draft of the report, but it'll be without an economic analysis. Tyhee would have been reviewing it on a technical basis, checking for errors. Following that, it should have gone to a third party (independent senior engineer) for a review and search for any "fatal flaws". If that went well, Tyhee would approve its form and substance, while the independent engineers work to complete the economic analysis.
When Tyhee is sure that there won't be any changes in substance, the PSF will be "announced" [Dave´s word].
(The NI 43-101 allows for a 45 day period between announcing the results, and the filing of those results.)
Dave Webb has said, that if all goes well, then there would be a 2 to 3 week lapse between when Tyhee first sees the report and when it´s released.
But, there’s always the possibility of a delay should there be a major issue that needs resolution. On the bright side, most of the same folks that completed the Preliminary Assessment Study (aka Scoping Study) in 2008 have worked on the PFS, so delays are less likely.
Cheers,
