My take:

1) Going it alone is not a reasonable possibility. During the credit crisis some people wirh 800 credit scores couldn't get mortgages. Why would anyone presume that under any credit conditions Tyhee can borrow $100 million or whatever?

2) I like, and always liked, JVs. Fifty percent of a very large # is way more than zero.

3) Nothing personal, but I enjoy wine - but I do not prefer Malbec. At least the labels I have tasted. That said, I have no idea if Puplava voted NO - but I can tell you I know a shareholder who did vote NO (not me).

4) Nothing is more important than financing. Nothing. Even a mediocre PFS leaves open possibilities if money to mine is available. If not, TDC either gets acquired for a song or goes away.
