With such low liquidity & SP ANYONE can minipulate the stock right now for next to nothing. It doesn't take a major shareholder. There is really only 2 things a shareholder can do right now. Either wait it out -- do nothing -- until news or market forces bring back liquidity. Or play the manipulator's game and accumlate a small # of shares on the dips. Selling is a mistake; it is what the manipulator wants.
That said, there could be no manipulator. It could just be a a newbie investor testing the waters or someone's kid playing with pennies. I'll place my bet on manipulation, though. I suspect someone wants to keep the SP low.
