Just go to www.sedar.com search Tyhee Development Corp, then select the file near the bottom with 7 Setp 2010 Ni 43101 (largest sized file you see)

Just for fun, here is a link to the specs of the size of rock truck called for in the Pre Feas. Still a long way away, but nice to have an image in mind: http://www.macallister.com/148/mid_5/fid_470/pid_16922003/caterpillar-777f.htm http://dozrguy.files.wordpress.com/2010/08/777f-jrp1316-002.jpg

Here is the size of drill rig: http://www.womp-int.com/images/story/2008vol10/09h.jpg

And the primary excavator: http://suppliersandequipment.mining.com/files/2008/10/ex1900-6-capitol-aggregates-crw_3263.jpg

P122 of 191 shows the time frame for the project, with production in 2015. That's the bad news here. However, I think this could be a worst case scneario. Certainly the thing to watch for is DAR submission. Will it be by end Dec 2010, or by May 2011 as this Table 41 development schedule shows?

Also, a year and a half for water license and first nations consultations? That seems unlikely. So I don't think the 2015 production date will be the actual date. This 2015 date may have caused some investors to want to move on to sooner prospects, however they may have reacted too soon. I'll find out what DW says about that date and report back.

Overall, I find the Pre Feas to answer a lot of my questions, and leave me feeling much more optimistic about the liklihood that this mine will actualy be built.

I particularly liked the details on the three options for electical power from the local utility. Maybe costs $10 million more, but much better in the long run.

There are lots of areas where costs could come down, and the price of gold may well be much higher in a few years. But the biggest thing, which is NOT really spoken about much in this report is that once there is mine in operation, exploration can be expanded greatly. To depth. ALong strike. And at other showings in the constellation. The mine will have been paid for by the first 800,000 ounces / 5 to 7.5 years. The rest is gravy, for the investors.

As for me, this is still an excellent long term investment. But now it makes more sense why some investors headed for the doors.
