Well, I don't really understand why they would float this cash raising effort while we thought there was still considerable cash in the kitty.

That was not the reason given for idling the drills for the past few weeks, the announcement was that they were considering next steps, which seemed to mean where they were going to drill, not that they needed to raise cash. Odd.

Guess we are going to find out one way or the other in the next few days whether this company will live or not, perhaps that is how Dr Webb thinks about it too. Unless the deal is already sealed on the $5 million, they may be saying no more wasting time for a fellow and his staff and Board who have lots of skill and talent and can use it elsewhere if necessary while the price of gold goes up $10 daily. Cramer says it is going to $2000 shortly. Otherwise, not sure why, instead of raising a large amount of cash, we aren't waiting, slowing down, spending on a tight budget while the price of gold creeps up and the manipulators go away.

The SP dump today says the market seems to think raising $5 million is a last ditch effort too, high risk, it either sinks or swims. The company is not messing around with little incremental cash raising efforts like other companies with similar SP's, hoping for that big strike.

Very disappointing SP for the moment but there will be a light if the cash is raised. Then after that it's Clan Lake - again likely all or nothing but with strong indications of a big resource. The odds are long, but there is still lots of gold there. Ike
