An alternative way to look at this is that the Anonymous seller could be the investor who will participate in the PP. By selling at or just below 10 cents, he raises cash to buy at 10cents, and get the 13.5 cent warrants. In the end, the sell-buy is a wash, he ends up with the warrants paid for, and we who bought at 10 cents participated in the private placement, albeit without warrants. If this is what's playing out, then we'll see a lot of selling over the next 3 weeks at 10 cents, until the $5 million is raised (by us).
