This time next year, we should have a few things behind us, in the bag:

1. Full Feasability funded, initiated and progressing. But likely not yet completed by this date.

2. DAR submitted, EA and permitting moving into final phase.

3. Additional drill results from winter 2010/2011 season. Expanded RESOURCE into Full Feas, with 1 million ounces of reserves.

4. A surprise, on the upside. Perhaps Tyhee becoming even more dominant in the Yellowknife Gold Project?

5. Share Price appreciation having taken place, to restore Tyhee to sane valuations multiples higher than the current price.

But what really motivates me here is the idea that when Tyhee is really, truly, to demonstrate the economics with the Full Feas, gold could be at $1650.

IF so, and supposing cost of production hits $650 per ounce what with the Canadian Dollar being over the US by 5 to 10 cents by this time next year, and oil at $100 US per barrel ($93 or so Canadian), production costs will be higher.

But that still leaves $1,000 per ounce, after production costs. Assume production takes some time to ramp up, and we just use 100,000 oz / year, that's 100 million. With about

400 million shares (or certainly much less), that would be 25 cents per share. With a multiple of say 30 times, that would make a share price of 7.50 (US) or $6.75 or so Canadian.

Well worth hanging in and not selling ourselves short. And like Hubert said, there really is no dillution if you picked up some of the shares at 10 cents during this private placement insanity.

For those of us accumulating, or choosing the right time to really go all in, the time is now.

By this time next week, I am certain, the Private Placement will have closed. The boot will be lifted off of our necks, and we'll have lots of new information begining to flow on what the company plans to do over the next few quarters.

Imagine, Tyhee succesful at working through the permit process, with a Full Feas comign out when gold is on the order of $1650. We'll look back on today as an unbelievable anomaly. I will look back on it as my once in a life time opportunity.
