Excellent news, in line with my own view that there needed to be funds for exploration. The former deal would have meant that any of the money used for exploration would have left the tax credits with Tyhee. Perhaps advantageious to the company to retain tax credits, but today's deal lets more investors in, seeking the tax credits.
This really changes the numbers of shares, however. It will put us over 300 million, I think, when all warrants are exercised. I am very interested to learn if there were several buyers, or was this concentrated in a very few hands. Did insiders participate?
This news is excellent, as it removes any uncertanty if Tyhee will make it through the development stage. This assures that DAR and Ful Feas, expanded RESERVES and moving on to the final permitting stage will take place in the next 12 to 24 months.
The only thing is, I now have to buy a proportianate number of shares to keep my share in Tyhee constant.
Order is in.
