How long does 6.5 and 3.75 million (10.25 million total) sustain Tyhee?

(PRESS PROFILE TAB FOR FACT SHEET & UPDATES)
It gets Tyhee over the hiltop, to where we'll see a long way ahead, and no longer be fighting gravity.
The cash coming in from the PP and the associated 12.5 cent warrants constitue a lot of ammo for the battle to bring Tyhee into production.
I've asked DW to confirm if the warrants go with both regular and Flow Through shares, but I assume they go with both types.
In any case, potentially up to ten million dollars raised by this PP will cover, in my opinion, the following:
1. DAR and any additional items coming from MVEIRB on the EA process, all the way
to permit stage;
2. Expanding the Resource and Reserve, mainly at Clan Lake but likely some drilling at other locations will help maximize the resource before the Full Feas is complete.
3. Full Feas, to be completed by late fall of 2011, I hope.
4. Public relations: Tyhee will now have a lot to tell at trade shows and bank boardrooms. Putting some money into PR, including getting interviewed on BNN, perhaps even paying one of those slimy analyists to report on Tyhee, and putting DW out there to trade shows will be a sure sign that this develoment company is on the verge of funding and then building a mine.
5. Hire another executive, to fill the office space left by Roger. They may not need another key player at present, but they sure will need one or more when they begin to build a mine. THey may already have someone, or at least the needed mine-building or mine-financing acumen in mind. News of this, perhaps next spring? will be another key benchmark to watch for.
6. Opening an outreach office in downtown yellowknife would be another nice thing to see. As that would cost at least $100,000 or more per year, I don't expect it will happen until near permit issue time. But news of it, say in summer 2011, woudl be another key milestone. When the many millionaires in Yellowkinfe begin to attent public hearings on Tyhee, should they be necessary during the permit process, there will be lots of excitement that gold mining is coming back to Yellowkinfe. I know some YK locals who have small positions in Tyhee, but who say "it's years away". Well, we will soon be within those one or two years from the start of construction. So increased public consciousness, not just from PR (5, above), but also from the YK scene, will be helpful.
Those 61+ million dime shares will be resold as the share price rises towards and through twenty. I wonder if any of those big positions will be from funds who will suddently be "on to" the tyhee success story, and promote Tyhee to their clients?
As share price goes through that 20 cents, triggering the warrants, they'll pour that 3.75 million more into Tyhee treasuries. As more and more of their clients buy in, and share price rises, Tyhee will be in a good positino to raise the cash needed in part to finance the construction phase.
This Private Placement, once successfully in the bag, is a real TSN Turning Point for Tyhee.
Well done, DW. Enjoy spending the money. Get those drills turning!
With you all the way!
