This with the warrants (and of the PP shares come with warrants) gives Williams 5% of Tyhee, fully diluted. Great to know one of the investors. even better that they are new investors. This could be a very good sign.

I don't think we should look at this as a Joint Venture, but rather as a confident investment.

IT should also mean we'll see closing today.
