I'm pretty sure that quite a few years ago when I used to watch NBR from time to time Hans Black was a frequent guest. I think he's been so for more than a decade. I think he's the important player here, much more so than the WCX chairman, who might just be going along for the ride. Just my wild*ss guess. Follow the money - Black has more, probably much more.
