Baires,

I interpreted the 2013 date not so much as a "first pour" date but a date by which actual mine construction would start. Don't mines often take around two years to build? Just asking. If so, then two years from a 2013 mine construction start date would suggest a "first pour" in 2015.

Any thoughts?
