I've made my complaint with IIROC. They certainly do not seem concerned about program trading, to say the least. they will investigate, but from their tone, I think they like things the way they are. institutions and large powerful traders seem welcome to have their way with us little investors.\

PS. My own view is that the types who do this can well be burned when there is lots of buying pressure and they stand in front of a train.
