Are Williams Creek & Tyhee About to do a Joint Venture?

I think it's a possibility. After all, Williams Creek (WC), so far hasn't entered into a Joint Venture with anyone else. Yet, it's one part of three of its Corporate goals. See here,

It seems reasonable, that since WC has invested heavily in Tyhee, and given that WC's boss, Mr. Sonnenreich is on Tyhee's board, that a JV is in the realm of a very strong possibility.

I wonder if or what Dr. Webb could tell us about this possibility, if anything?

Oh, and did I mention that Williams Creek is up 500% for the year?
