I was asked to update the forum on Viking.

I do not hold any shares in viking at present, but have been amazed at their 500%+ move over recent few months. They raised a whopping $300,000 and the CEO was replaced by new board members. Most likely the new energy included family and friends of the new executives buying in. With very small volume, their share price has rocketed.

I have no information as to why their share price has gone so well. They have no drill results, and have retained a firm to provide strategic advice on what the company should do going forward. So I personally think the rise in share price is based on there being nobody holding them down, and rising witht the gold junior tide.

That Tyhee is not currently rising is in sharp contrast. Tyhee has a drill program underway, moving along in the EA, and has real prospects developing into a producing gold mine. But the robotrader is holding our feet to the 15 cent floor.

I suspect Viking's bubble will burst at some point, but they currenly defy gravity. Certainly they should be able to raise some cash and move along in some new direction. Perhaps they are pestering DW as we speak.

If they make some big move soon, it could have some connection with Tyhee. Worth watching, anyhow.
