Today on http://www.radio.goldseek.com/ minute 17:45, I asked Bob and Chris that same question raised last week by watch_the_sky,
What Were Gold Reserves Valued at During the 1970's Gold Mania Phase, When Adjusted for Inflation?
Bob Chapman said the AVERAGE price of gold shares went up FORTY TIMES the price of bullion. With that in mind, Chris Waltzek stressed how much of a leap forward will be the share prices of companies that go into production.
Bob mentioned two miners whose shares were about 25 cents at the beginning of the 70's Bull market, but at the peak, when they got into production, were selling in the $50 range.
Interestingly, Bob raised a red flag for those companies that take "150M shares to go into production" versus those that take 30M shares.
I guess Bob doesn't know about Romarco Minerals' or Intrepid Mines with more that ONE HALF BILLION shares each, and growing, as they've been nearly 10 baggers in the last year or so.
Moreover, Bob mentioned that there are companies that have brought their projects into production with only 30M shares.
Does anybody know which companies these are? I'll ask Bob. Stay tuned.
Que tenga buen dia, hasta luego,
Cheers,
Baries
