You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
In this most recent case my bid was probably beneath both asks but consistently above the sells that came across. If that happened on the AMEX I would have been filled but on the Bulletin Board and Canadian exchanges it doesn't always work that way.
