This is getting a little ridiculous....How long does it take to issue new shares, you

would think they would have everything in place before anouncing the name change.

I have an emergency situation, and I can't even execute a trade. Td ameritrade will

not even allow me to withdrawal money from this acct. on margin (because I only hold

penny stocks).....Does anybody have any new Information on this?
