Why do you care? As I have posted and demonstrated to myself with a couple of purchases you can still by shares of TDC with Scottrade. Any shares that you buy are available for sale if you wish to trade.

The only thing you cannot do with Scottrade is sell the shares you held before the name change.

I'm all in (and then some) or I would have been buying on the U.S. side today.
