I understand the sense of urgency in this matter, and once again,

I hope I can try to clarify the situation. The depository (DTC) is

still finalizing the process for making the new shares eligible

to be held at DTC. There is a process they must go through to

ensure the shares are DTC eligible before they will be able

to allocate the shares. Once again, we cannot make any

guarantees regarding the timeframes, but our clearing

Department was able to obtain new information from DTC

that indicates this matter may resolved as soonas next week.
