Would the OTCBB/Pink Sheet market maker´s shenanigans, if still going on, wholly explain why Tyhee has lagged or why the price appears to be "capped"?

Well, perhaps yes!

If TYHJF/TDC is especially being singled out while other´s in its peer group are less manipulated this could be an explanation. I know this sounds conspiratorial, even paranoid. But,I´m just asking.
