I hold 43K shares of Tyhee Development Corp. in certificate form. I expect I will be delivered a new certificate reflecting the name change and will probably have to tender the old certificate to accomplish this.

I have heard no word on this situation to this point.

I would not be surprised to find that the DTCC is encountering a few shares over and above what the company has legally released and is trying to sort out the mess they create by not requiring strict adherence to the law on this matter.
