I am missing my shares also w two brokers.

How big a problem is this ? How many readers of this board face the issue?

... if it is old naked shortselling causing the problem ... would it be the broker to blame or ? If yes, then the broker will not tell us the truth, but cover up and buy time with any explanation.

So if it is old naked shorts being uncovered here, what will happen ... ? Should we work out a written formulation and file a orchestred common complain to the broker to put pressure on them?
