I agree, that's precicely why I pointed out that it's not easy for a junior without earnings. This doesn't mean the cash can't be had. It is, after all, a running operation with employees etc. and you need cash for those things as well.

While I do not claim that this is doable, or the right thing to do, I think it deserves consideration.
