Skeleg, if this is the case, up to 61,000,000 shares could be sold into the mkt to keep the SP under the $0.20 mark. That would explain why the capping varies between .14 and .17. They are making a 40-70% profit in the short-term.
The only hope is that the PP was resold to others who may have a longer term outlook regardless of the warrants. Since the placement, they may have used only half their ammo. We can not know for sure. The only comforting thought is that the numbers could run out by the time of the next report release in two months.
This would possibly explain the predictable cycle we have experienced the past four months but the issue with the "new shares" is still there.
