You mention financing. I've been meaning to post this for quite a while. I think it is much more important to arrange financing - whatever is available at the time - at times of relatively high SP, rather than just reacting when the money is needed. One example is another of my holdings, GPR.TO/GPL. After a 10 bagger move from $.50 to $5.00 in 7 months, management announced a financing in the $4.20 range recently.

Now, of course TDC has not experienced anything like that kind of price move. But in hindsight, the Jan 2010 move into the high twenties would have been an opportune time to sell shares as compared to our recent ten cent offering.

I think this is WAY more important than generally recognized. Management must be attuned to the market and have a plan ready to go.
