The Company has authorized an unlimited number of common shares without par value. At April 26, 2011,288,724,991 common shares were issued and outstanding. There is no other class or series of voting or equity securities.

There are a maximum number of 20,974,500 options outstanding which can be converted into 20,974,500 common shares and 53,287,664 warrants outstanding which can be converted into 53,287,664 common shares.

At April 26, 2011, there are 362,987,155 fully diluted common shares outstanding.
