Welcome hansix. I believe your timing is nearly perfect, second only to the dip into the single digits prior to the last PP. I agree with your analysis, but more so due to my familiarity with Black than with Sonnenreich, who is new on my radar.
The issue with Tyhee is financing. The absurd current valuation of its reserve/resource base is saying the deposits will not be financed. Let's say, against our better judgement, that at $1500 POG that is true (I don't believe this, but follow along). There must exist a POG that will make the financiers eager to get a piece of the action. Is it $1800? Or $2200? Whatever the threshhold is, it would be an exponential launch point for the SP. Two million ounces are waiting to be subscribed. Apparently at current POG the SP ascent will be gradual as mining progress continues at the cost of dilution. But if POG is going up - my thesis for sure - then an explosive resolution looms. JMHO - DYODD.
