Remember last year I had discussed the possibility of a TDC Rights issuance to all shareholders to buy a share at a certain price. These would trade for a short period of time. I do not know the complexity or the costs involved. It would allow existing shareholders the right to participate in the financing so they are not watered down. Excellon (EXN.TO) was very successful with their Rights issuance a few years ago. I believe that I even picked up more Rights as some chose to sell their Rights rather than to participate.
