Unlike what Jim had been telling me and others publicly, I suspect there came a point, when he did a 180, changed his mind in favor of a Tyhee takeover. Webb's business plan seemed unwavering. DW wanted to be a producer. JP knew this all along. JP, my guess, probably at some point late in his association with Tyhee, wanted DW to share his vision for a takeover. I'm guessing again, but when DW wouldn't cave, JP left.
