Hansix;

I disagree with you in several ways:

(1) The Tyhee share price, like that of any other publicly traded company, is already determined by the competitive bids of buy orders. In other words, when you put your shares up for sale, they go to the highest bidder. However, despite competitive bids --and surging POG I might add-- the share price is stuck around 15 cents; not fair value in my books.

(2) I don't expect the majors are going to be lining-up to bid for Tyhee because, at less than 1 mm oz reserves and about 2 mm oz resources, we are too small to be worth their interest. Moverover, we are not adding ozs at a strong pace, and our resrves/resources are spread out over 3 or 4 smaller deposits. The majors are looking for larger deposits (or at least deposits that are likely to grow to become large), where their capital resources and engineering expertise can be put to maximum use.

(3) The market misprices assets all the time: were US houses worth what they were selling for before the housing crash? Were Tulip bulbs correctly priced during the Dutch Tulip bulb craze? Manias, and their reverse, seem to be a universal social phenomena. In the case of Tyhee, like other members of this board, I cannot come-up with a mathematical justification for the current undervallued share price of 15 cents. ...I don't even see how a double (30 cents) is fair value. Unfortunately, the 15 cent share price means we are vulnerable to a low bid.

(4) David Webb has said publicly, and to me personally, that the best way for Tyhee shareholders to maximize ROI is to take this project into production ourselves, not to sell-out to outside interests. ...and in context of the current depressed share price, I agree with him that selling-out is not in our best interests. Dr. Webb also stated that he is committed to act in the best interests of the shareholders: as the POG rises and our gold resources increasingly attract the attention of various investor groups, his commitment may well be tested.
