BAIRES2;

A few notes:

FSs are very important for Bankers. but not for major miners because they have enough in-house expertise to do their own DD ...in some cases, they will even go as far to mount their own confirmation drilling before paying-up

Yes, Tyhee has blue sky potential, like many other juniors. In fact, I'll go further, the deep holes at Ormsby and Nick show the potential for gold at depth in those deposits. However, the unfortunate fact is that Tyhee is adding ozs at only a trickle's pace. For example, how many ozs have been added in the last 5 years? ...I don' tknow exactly ...maybe a few hundred thousands. In any case, it's a fact that won't escape a major's attention.

Yes, Archean deposits can occassionally produce good results at depth (Red Lake for example), but are majors automatically gobbling-up every archean deposits in the Canadian Shield? nope

In summary I can't see why a major would be interested in Tyhee for reasons I mention here and in my previous post. However, Tyhee could still benefit from M&A activity by the general rise in price/oz levels. And still, Tyhee might ultimately be the target of a M&A, but only from a small operator who is trying to merge together a bunch of smaller deposits.

And one last thing: You write: "Kinross, a major, bought Underworld. Underworld had no reserves, no prefeasibility study. Their drill results were not that different from Tyhee's."

Well, you may want to go to the link below entitled "Underworld Resources: Best New Gold Discovery in Canada".
