(PRESS PROFILE TAB FOR FACT SHEET & UPDATES)
It's no mystery. Those who participated in that 10 cent PP and got 20 cent warrants are selling just enough to keep the price at 15 cents, then they will participate in the next PP at 15 or so cents, get warrants for 22 cents, and have used the same money (plus 50%) for two or more rounds of PP, ending up with a great deal of warrants. When they stop playing this game, the share price rises and their warrants are in the money. They also have to pony up the cash to exercise those warrants, especially when SP rises above 20 cents.
In this way they transfer their special access as "sophisticated investors" to small investors like me, at 15 cents, which is fine for me as I accumulate. Cinderella man is a few cars in front of me, but I'm pouring on the gass.
My goal is 600,000 in the next month, and onwards towards a million before the SP really begins to run.
