On a macro level we need the HUI to break out decisively on the upside and the producers to reach fair value before the likes of Tyhee get some attention, then I think we'll get a decent move higher. HUI stayed above 580 today even with the sell off in gold which looks positive.
Can't keep the stocks down forever with gold at these levels. I reckon we'll see 900 on the HUI by Christmas as the hedge funds finally go long, i.e the kind of move that will "set your hair on fire" in the words of John Embury. I take John's comments very seriously and have had a pail of water under my desk for many months now as a precaution...to be honest, it's starting to look a little stagnant and in need of refreshing...
Of course, we might get some news at the company level that kicks things off for Tyhee first, but I'm not holding my breath...
