I agree with both of your reasons (new shareholders, POG), but I would like to add one more: the "dead cat bounce" effect. As you know, the share price fell from the 40-50 cent range (I know it actually peaked above that) down to about 10 cents ...a rebound to 15 cents in this context does not seem to be a dramatic or surprising upside correction in share price to me. Lets hope the share price recovery resumes soon...
