No one has enjoyed your recently joining the board than I. You bring a fresh enthusiasm to a group of battle-scarred underwater investors. I view you as a new valuable friend. That said, I can tell when your wife asks you to paint a room you quickly begin only to decide to stop in the middle to repair a sticky door in a different room and maybe while you're at it touch up paint that repair before going back to the original room.

I submit to the board my very strong opinion that nothing - NOTHING - should get in the way of laser-focussed concentration on getting the funding and building the mine/mill facilities. Funding will be the tricky part and I propose that not one iota of management's time pursuing that funding be spent learning how to spell Neodymium.
