There are 10 items. Some of these may require TDC to farm out to consultants, others are likely well in hand, and at least one amounts to providing reference documentation which the MVEIRB does not have access to, which is a simple administrative task. now tyhee as TO BE DETERMINED BY DEVELOPE time in which to satisfy these 10 items. (to clarify and build upon what was provided in the DAR).

Once these IR issues are satisfied, we move into the HEARINGS phase, which can be short, before the final PERMIT stage.

This is huge news, and I hope to see it included in an upcoming News Release.
