Back online in Woodstock, VT. We survived the flooding. Gotta love those generators. Bridges and roads still gone though. My trip to Canada was put on hold as you can't easily get there from here.

Had a few extra dollars from a trade and did an experiment. This has happened many times before. I purchased 35,000 shares through TD Waterhouse at $0.15 which was the ask at the time (last price was $0.145). The time was 11:10 am EDT. It is now 11:42 and not only has the price or volume not risen to reflect the increase but it probably has not shown up on the alternative exchanges either.

Any explanation?
