I am saying I think GT spoke in haste and misrepresented management and the BOD. He does not seem to reflect management's position in shareholder value, sp and their business plan. He may have some very disgruntled management to answer to the next business day.

It is disappointing, he let himself communicate so negatively on behalf of management about the BOD to a member of this forum (or for that matter to the public). He seems out-of-character compared to D.W., Sonn. and Dr. Black. The company I work for would have very direct questions to ask me early next business day, if i'd stuck my head out and spoke this negatively to shareholders or clients. And GT is in investor relations... wow!
