Dear Dr. Webb,
We at the Agoracom Tyhee Discussion Forum took a poll recently that might be of interest to yourself and the Board of Directors. There were two possible responses:
A) Kindly recommend this post if both of the below apply:
1) You are a Tyhee shareholder
2) You strongly object to Corporate consideration of a less than $2 per share buyout offer
B) Kindly recommend this post if both of the below apply:
1) You are a Tyhee shareholder
2) You wish to encourage Corporate consideration of a less than $2 per share buyout offer
A total of 37 shareholders voted for (A) and 7 shareholders voted for (B).In January 2011 the forum took a different poll for share count. There were 44 respondents, with an average of 438,457 shares per respondent. At the time, the total share count of the respondents was 19,292,101, or what we believe was 8.9% of outstanding shares at the time.I believe that the total # of shares held amongst this small group has increased substantially since the poll, but that remains anecdotal as it is undocumented.
As you can see from the results of the recent poll, a substantial majority representing (on average) over 16 million shares (excluding recent share purchases) voted for (A) above. We would appreciate your sharing this informal data with your Board of Directors.Thank you for your consideration.
Regards, and thank you for all your efforts,
