I'm on your side on this one Goldy. For some reason reverse splits generate vehement opposition, but it worked for ATT in the depths of the downturn 2001-2. It turned it back from a penny stock to regained respectability, and they have done fairly well since.
Stock price is like clothes. When your stock sells for 9 cents it's like advertising that your wardrobe comes from Dollar Stores.
There is absolutely no mathematical reason to object. The market cap and each shareholder's percentage remains constant.
